Toyota de Moçambique, importer and distributor of the Hino brand, was recognized with the SDY (Service Department of the Year) and PDY (Parts Department of the Year) awards attributed by HML (Hino Motors Limited) and HME (Hino Motors Europe) for its performance in 2019 in the spare parts and service areas. The awards, which aim to distinguish the excellence of the activities promoted by the distributors in these areas and to promote customer satisfaction, were given on October 16 by representatives of the administration of Toyota de Moçambique to employees Herman Neethling, Hino sales manager and Fernando Costa, spare parts manager.

The program, similar to the Costumer Delight Excellence Award (CDEA) given by Toyota, is an important milestone in the performance of Hino in Mozambican territory.
