It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we register the death of Mr. Luís Manuel Serra Campos, in March 28th, in Lisbon, at the hospital he was admitted to few days before.
Born on 31st of August 1941 in Beira, Mozambique, Mr. Serra Campos began his professional career in May 1, 1967 at Moçambique Industrial and moved to Entreposto Comercial de Moçambique in 1972.
In June 1978, he came to Portugal to assume the position of executive director at Entreposto Industrial in Setúbal. In November 1987 he moved to Entreposto Comercial where he served as executive director and president, and in January 2000 he became president of EGI (Entreposto Imobiliário).
From his broad career in the Group, he also served at Recar1, Cargeste and Mediator Tecnitools.
Reference shareholder of Grupo Entreposto, Luís Manuel Serra Campos graduated in Economics at the University of Porto. Besides that, he was an enthusiast of nature life and passionate about Africa.
He finished his multiple and various functions at Entreposto as president of the Higher Council, a position he held since May 2014.
We shall not forget his great friendliness and enormous sympathy for everyone.
